The Field Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST) contract vehicle comprise of 18 prime contracts awarded to small businesses, in a 20 year task order contract to be awarded over four 5 year acquisition cycles. This contract vehicle is also open to all other Army and Department of Defense Agencies.
Bellwether will support a number of task areas including Logistics Transformation, Quality Assurance, Supply Analysis and Enterprise Logistics Support.
