Have a favorite sausage recipe? Submit it for possible inclusion in "Cooking with Uncle Charley" cookbook. Master cook Chris Fennimore of WQED Pittsburgh will be selecting the recipes for the cookbook.

Have a special recipe for sausage that friends and family think is the best they've ever tasted? This is an opportunity to get it published. Send it to Chris Fennimore at WQED, and the recipe just may be included in a new cookbook called "Cooking With Uncle Charley--Recipes for Sausage Lovers."

The "Cooking With Uncle Charley" cookbook commemorates Uncle Charley's Sausage Company's 20th Anniversary in business for the family-owned manufacturer of fresh pork sausage located in Vandergrift, PA. Over the past 20 years, Uncle Charley's has grown to become the consumer choice for fresh, premium sausage.

Send us your recipe by December 31, 2007, and it may be selected by WQED's Chris Fennimore for inclusion in Cooking With Uncle Charley.
