Patricia A. Cowley was promoted to vice president of the Charter Partners Cooperative and treasurer of Charter Partners USA, Inc. Cowley is responsible for leading the Charter Partners Cooperative. Cowley joined Charter Partners in 2000 and served as chief financial officer through mid-2007. Her prior responsibilities included financial management, information technology, and human resources.

Before joining Charter Partners, Cowley was CFO of Bowers, Schumann & Welch (BS&W), an independent insurance agency based in Washington, NJ, from 1996 to 2000. Prior to joining BS&W in 1989, Cowley held accounting positions in manufacturing.
