While cold lasers have been used for many years all over the world to help heal soft tissue injuries and wounds because they are believed to stimulate blood flow, produce endorphin releases, be anti-inflammatory, increase enzyme production, assist in cellular healing, to increase ATP (Adenosine TriPhospate) production as well as increased lymphatic flow and to speed the bodies naturally healing. Simplified design (one push button operation) as well as safety have been kept in mind when the rechargeable battery powered power supply was designed (it has a locking key switch) as well as the use of light weight plastic components have allowed them to sell the components inside a weather proof heavy duty carry case for only $1,500 US.
The simple power supply uses built in rechargeable batteries and included battery charger. Pulse rate is fixed at 12 hz or pulses of light per second. Built in timer provides 30 seconds of light per button push. Power supply size 1.8" thick x 3.1" wide x 4.6" long, 14 oz. Five head laser wand 2" round x 2" deep with 1" x 5" handle. Laser head consists of three 635nm 5mw Class 3A and two 808nm 150mw Class 3B lasers with a three foot wand extension cord. Key must be in the power supply for unit to operate. Battery charger has standard six foot 110 volt USA plug. Adapters for other currents are readily available. Many doctors report success using treatment times as short as sixty seconds.
Among the first purchasers of the new equipment were sports team chiropractors as well as loyal previous customers.
