Completion of the SAS 70 audit also signifies that Fieldglass has proactively addressed the needs of its clients that are required to comply with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. SAS 70 audit reports address all five components of internal control outlined in the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, including the control environment, risk assessment activities, control activities, information and communication systems and monitoring activities.
