WoozyFly (http://www.woozyfly.com), the online music media company devoted to independent artists, and Relapse Records have proudly joined forces to produce the "48 Hour Baroness Woozy-thon" on Monday, December 10th. The Baroness Woozy-thon is the World Premiere of Baroness' December 1st sold-out Midnight Show at New York's Bowery Ballroom.
A 48-hour continuous showing of Baroness' performance will be available on the WoozyFly hompage http://www.woozyfly.com. As part of the Baroness Woozy-thon, an intimate one-on-one interview with the band by Metal/Rock EJ Buckshot of Woozyfly's most popular show, Buckshots Bonanza http://www.woozyfly.com/buckshotsbonanza, will also be featured. "Relapse joins our growing stable of independent label partners who work with WoozyFly.com to present their artists to our growing international audience which now includes millions of music fans in China, courtesy of our relationship with Jinti.com."
Relapse Records' Baroness will be the first artist to do a 48-Hour Woozy-thon since WoozyFly.com entered its strategic partnership with Jinti.com, the Chinese community and social networking site that has more than 20 million monthly users in China. Through WoozyFly.com, Baroness will tap into the elusive Chinese youth marketplace that other US bands like Linkin Park and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs have accomplished via touring.
