A recognized authority on loyalty marketing, Kelvin built a track record of helping Fortune 500 clients in the retail, restaurant, financial services, utility, and telecommunications industries effectively translate their financial goals into customer value strategies and tactics. He has directed innovative analytical solutions in the areas of customer lifetime value, data acquisition and proxy techniques, segmentation, and simulation modeling.
