Howard Breen Tapped by ConsumerBase to Chair Advisory Board

Experienced executive to lead company's strategic direction.

Breen is currently Chairman and Chief Executive of MacLaren McCann Canada in Toronto. He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the advertising industry that includes the position of Chairman and Chief Executive of North America for Young & Rubicam.
