Ascert Launches New Sales and Customer Service Initiative

Ascert hires new U.S. based sales and marketing manager and launches new customer service and communications initiative.

Ascert (http://www.ascert.com) recruits Dr. Richard B. Greene, DBA, SSBB to head a new sales and marketing initiative. As a recognized expert in his field, Dr. Greene has a long history and career in software, testing, and database management. He's held executive positions at many recognizable industry leaders such as ACNielsen Research, Time Inc., and Information Resources, Inc.

Greene's position was formerly held by Jill Sanchez, a veteran Ascert associate, who will be leading and developing Ascert's Customer Communications & Service Division, a new organization within Ascert. "Jill has built a rock solid sales department here at Ascert, says Mould. She's highly regarded by our customers and she's a natural to be developing this department, which will significantly improve customer communications and satisfaction."
