Greater Than One is pleased to announce that Rich Newman has joined Greater Than One as General Manager, effective immediately.
Rich has over 25 years experience in marketing communications and agency management. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, eventually moving into the advertising agency business where he has worked with numerous Clients across many categories.
From 2001 -- 2006, Rich was the North American regional director and president of 141 New York, a division of the Ogilvy Group, specializing in integrated brand marketing. Here Rich worked with a number of domestic and global Clients on Brand strategy, design, web development, e-crm, event and face-to-face marketing. While Rich managed 141, the Agency was awarded significant assignments from Allied Domecq, American Express, Kodak, Miller Brewing, Unilever, BAT, Primus, Moet-Chandon and others, won Adweek's Guerilla Marketer of the Year Award and numerous Webbie and Pro awards for work with various Clients.
Most recently, Rich founded Generation M, a marketing consulting firm specializing in consumers over the age of 50. At Generation M, Rich and his partner developed a proprietary quantitative segmentation model for the 50+ population while working on a number of strategic projects for retail, health care, automotive, entertainment and food companies.
At Greater Than One Rich will be part of the Executive Management Team, working to enhance the strategic thinking behind all of our work, formalizing the processes and procedures that will guide our Company's growth while also ensuring continued Client satisfaction.
