Enter and vote for your favorite charity.

We are happy to announce today that we are opening up two contests to determine who should receive the 83,250 shares by using our own contest voting system. We hope that the 83,250 shares will be quite valuable to the two winning charities in the future.

Tapatap's executive management and board members are donating 83,250 shares of the total company's common private stock to two charities. 41,625 shares to one local charity (located and servicing San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, or San Francisco County) and 41,625 shares to one national charity (located in the United States). To reward the stock grant, Tapatap is holding two online contests (local and national) for charity submissions and voting at the Tapatap website (http://www.tapatap.com or m.tapatap.com via mobile). Any registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization charity is eligible for submission, and anyone can vote for their favorite charity. The contest begins today and ends March 15, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

"When we founded Tapatap, we set aside 83,250 shares of Tapatap's common stock for charity," says Isaac Babbs, CEO and Co-Founder of Tapatap. "We are happy to announce today that we are opening up two contests to determine who should receive the 83,250 shares by using our own contest voting system. We hope that the 83,250 shares will be quite valuable to the two winning charities in the future."

"Kiva.org was founded around the concepts of entrepreneurship and empowering communities. These same themes shape Tapatap's charity contest, in which the community selects the grant winner," said Matt Flannery, co-founder and CEO of Kiva.org. "We are excited to participate and hope that our active lending community will spread the word to vote for Kiva.org!"
