Chad Bradley, Realtor Gives Back to Toronto
Toronto Realtor Chad Bradley has announced plans to give back to the community.
Toronto, ON (PRWEB) December 14, 2007 -- In the true spirit of the holiday season, Chad Bradley is introducing an innovative way to give back to the community.
Starting immediately, Chad Bradley, Realtor, will donate $100 in the name of anyone that refers a client to him that results in a real estate transaction. In addition, he will match this $100 donation of his own accord. A receipt of the donation will be issued for tax purposes.
Mr. Bradley will also donate $100 for every other real estate transaction he completes.
After nearly a decade of success in Toronto real estate, Chad Bradley feels that it is time for him and the industry as a whole to start giving back to the communities from which they prosper.
"The Toronto real estate market is in the middle of a boom the likes of which the city has never seen before," Chad Bradley states. "By definition, a development is part of a community and should be socially responsible. I can't help but feel that a caring and vibrant community benefits the developer, residents and our society overall. Which is why I feel that it's natural to do this and I can't think of a better time than now."
The long term goal of the program is to evaluate its success and continually increase donations based on business growth. More worthwhile charities will be added in the future.
"The better the industry performs, the more the community should benefit. This is our core belief and we aim to increase our donations in order to reach a diverse segment of our city and better the lives of as many people as possible."
Initially, five recipients have been chosen. The charities include breast cancer research, the Toronto Humane Society, Sick Kids' Hospital, Habitat for Humanity and the David Suzuki Foundation.
