In 2005 Ross Bridge won Gold for The Best Sales Pavilion in the country. Last year, Signature Homes was also awarded the Silver for the best detached home under $400,000 for their model home in the Greenside neighborhood of Ross Bridge.
This is the third year in a row that Ross Bridge has been distinguished in these Nationals -- the only community in Alabama with such an honor.
