ConervatoryLand is celebrating the first birthday of the innovative Bay-Bee compact conservatory from 2007 Derbyshire Business Award winners Eurocell Profiles Ltd.

Bay-Bee really does help homeowners create a distinctive look in addition to adding value to their property

The Bay-Bee compact conservatory launched this time last year in response to demand from homeowners for smaller boutique-type self build conservatories. Bay-Bee is helping ConservatoryLand customers with a smaller garden maximise the amount of natural light and space in their homes.

"Bay-Bee really does help homeowners create a distinctive look in addition to adding value to their property," explains Dave Bingham, Company Manager at ConservatoryLand. "We have had a great response from homeowners looking for a feature bay that addresses the gap between a patio door and conservatory. Bay-Bee really helps homeowners living in a smaller property to enhance their home, whilst allowing greater access to the garden area."

Bay-Bee is available in two options, both with the same space saving outward projection into the garden. The standard version, which allows a residential door to be positioned in any of the conservatories five vertical window panels, and the extended version which enables a French door to be fitted in the front centre panel.

Bay-Bee includes many of the patented installation features available on Eurocell's market leading bespoke conservatory system. These are designed to make the installation process as quick and simple as possible which means less disruption for the homeowner.

Installation time is speeded up even further when Bay-Bee comes with factory glazed windows.

Dave Bingham continues, "Bay-Bee is very popular with homeowners who have a smaller garden because they can achieve all the benefits of a DIY conservatory without losing much of their lawn area."

Since its launch, Bay-Bee has proved to be an innovative and space saving compact conservatory that it is an ideal alternative to fitting patio doors.

Dave continues, "We are finding that many homeowners who had previously fitted French doors are now asking for Bay Bee because it combines the benefits of full access to the garden with the light enhancing effect of a conservatory."

Bay Bay is fitted with energy efficient 28mm double glazed units as standard, alternatively Pilkington K can be fitted to provide even higher levels of thermal performance.

ConservatoryLand has been established for well over a decade and is one of the leading fabricators of quality conservatories, windows and doors in the Mansfield area. Customers wishing to see their full range of windows, doors and conservatories including Bay-Bee will find a welcoming atmosphere in their showroom on Old Mill Lane Industrial Estate, in Mansfield.
