Kositech Scientific today announced that C. Kevin Coonce, Senior Vice President of American Operations, has resigned, effective 31 December 2007.

Statement from the Kositech Scientific board of directors:
"Kevin Coonce has been a valuable officer of Kositech Scientific for many years. We acknowledge all of the good work that Kevin has accomplished on behalf of Kositech. He led our business during our American expansion transition. He chaired the selection committee for our new facilities in North America. We have never, nor do we now, question his abilities, his intentions, his integrity or his ethics. We regret that we will lose his contributions to our company and appreciate all of his accomplishments on behalf of Kositech."

"Kevin's resignation is a huge loss for Kositech Scientific both in our American operations as well was worldwide. Kevin was Kositech's top intellectual property manager, as well as our leader in the North American expansion.
