RBI International, Inc. and its affiliate Marketing Loyalty Solutions, Inc., will launch a new U.S. branch in Irvine, California in early 2008.

"Our ongoing success has fueled significant new growth," said Jeff Stephen, vice president of sales and marketing of RBI International. "This initiative in Irvine will enable us to provide more direct support to our customers."

The new Irvine office will open on Jan. 14, 2008, with Stephen heading it up. RBI's decision to locate in Irvine was based on the city's high level of automotive and power sports industry representation. The new office will provide on-site support, account management and a permanent US marketing office.

RBI is also positioning itself for new growth in the form of product development. They are planning to release a number of new products in 2008 related to the customer experience, including ones that focus on lead management, satisfaction measurements, acquisition marketing and database management, all of which allow for measurable ROI.
