nQueue Names Shon Crawford Vice President of Operations
New senior management position created to further enhance customer satisfaction initiatives.

In his newly created position, Shon will oversee four critical customer service departments: Development, Quality Assurance, Implementation, and Client Support.

Mr. Crawford is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and a Master of Science.
