We are excited to have him as part of our executive team as we look forward to nQueue's continued growth and success.
Phoenix, Arizona (PRWEB) December 17, 2007
nQueue, Inc., the leading provider of integrated cost recovery software, today announced the promotion of Shon Crawford to Vice President of Operations. In his newly created position, Shon will oversee four critical customer service departments: Development, Quality Assurance, Implementation, and Client Support.
"Combining these four departments under Mr. Crawford's leadership will ensure that our clients continue to receive world-class service and support," said Richard P. Hellers, President and COO of nQueue. "Because a greater structure will now be provided for all development and post-sales processes, our customer feedback and assistance programs will be significantly enhanced. Client suggestions and feedback are always a top priority for nQueue."
Mr. Crawford is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and a Master of Science. Previously Director of Product Development at nQueue, Mr. Crawford has been instrumental in the research and development efforts leading to the recent release and success of Embedded™ Version 3.0, the latest release of nQueue's Embedded™ cost recovery software. Embedded™ specifically addresses the need to track, manage and recover costs associated with copies, prints, faxes, scans and other disbursements without adding bulky and eventually obsolete hardware to existing devices.
"We have been extremely impressed by Shon's leadership and project management abilities, especially during the development and release of version 3.0," added Hellers. "We are excited to have him as part of our executive team as we look forward to nQueue's continued growth and success."
