Kompoz.com Launches Music Collaboration Contest with Tony Stevens and SLOW RIDE

Kompoz.com has launched the first direct artist-fan collaborative music event on its online music workspace and social networking platform. Fans can jam and remix with Tony Stevens, original bass player for Foghat and Savoy Brown, and his new band SLOW RiDE.

Miami, FL (PRWEB) December 17, 2007 -- Kompoz.com (http://www.kompoz.com) has launched the first direct artist-fan collaborative music event on its online music workspace and social networking platform. From December 17, 2007 through February 15, 2008, Kompoz will host the Tony Stevens SLOW RiDE "Join Together" music collaboration contest.

Tony Stevens, original bass player for Foghat (and before that, Savoy Brown), featuring his new band SLOW RiDE, has posted the studio multitrack files for the song "Redemption" from the band's new CD titled "Join Together". Fans are invited to download the tracks and submit their own original work; replacing a guitar solo, adding in their own vocals, and totally remixing the song.
