New Affiliate and Private Label Programs have been created in response to an increasing demand from brokers, competitors, franchises and other industry leaders for a single property Website offering.

AgencyLogic (http://www.agencylogic.com), the largest real estate industry provider of single property Websites in North America, announced today that they have developed two comprehensive Vendor Programs. By allowing other real estate organizations to utilize AgencyLogic's PowerSite technology and support, the announcement opens the doors to small and large organizations who wish to add revenue from the sale of single property Websites - and even name their own price - without risk, and without enormous overhead.

The AgencyLogic Affiliate Program was developed for AgencyLogic's industry partners, virtual assistants, coaches, trainers, marketing professionals as well as broker/owners who wish to offer single Property PowerSites to their agents. Affiliates earn a substantial revenue share and receive a customized landing page, free daily training, as well as technical support via email and toll-free number and the ability to name their own price for PowerSites.

A Private Label Program is available for larger organizations, single property Website providers and franchises who wish to utilize the PowerSite software and technology with their own branding. The Private Label Program includes seamless integration with a customized marketing Website, custom-built administration system and world-class technical support and training. Similar to the Affiliate Program, Private Label partners will have the ability to determine what they wish to charge for each single property Website.

AgencyLogic Affiliates can expect to earn a revenue of approximately 20% of the recommended price of a PowerSite and Private Label partners can expect to earn more than 40% of the recommended price. Due to the revenue structure, both Affiliates and Private Label partners will have the option of charging significantly reduced prices for PowerSites as well.

"Due to the volume of deals that we have signed this year, we chose to create two very straightforward opportunities for other businesses to utilize our software and benefit from our technology and support experience," said Stephen Fells, CEO of AgencyLogic. "We are very happy that we now have programs that will fit the needs of virtually any size organization. Even at the Affiliate level, it's a great opportunity for companies and individuals to instantly add an ongoing revenue stream to their existing business."

PowerSites contain all of the information that buyers are looking for about a particular property in one Website. AgencyLogic PowerSites allow Realtors to create comprehensive, single property Websites for less than the cost of a newspaper ad. Each PowerSite includes a Website address e.g., http://www.123AnySt.com, one year of hosting and all the tools needed to describe the property in detail, add photos, floor plans, create slideshows, upload related documents, map the property, create custom links, add video, blogs or podcasts as well as marketing tools such as free syndication to the major real estate search engines.
