Moto Cycle Corporation is pleased to announce an agreement with Sigma Pi Fraternity by signing a one year contract for collegiate licenses for motorcycle helmets.

Edward DuCoin, President of Moto Cycle Corporation, commented, "Our new partnership with Sigma Pi Fraternity allows us to initiate the collegiate distribution of our helmets. We believe that this will be the start of a mutually successful long-term relationship with the fraternity. After collaborating with Sokia Industry Company, Ltd., the manufacturer of the helmets, and graphic artists, we are pleased to make the helmet available to collegiate fans, students, and alumni."

Sigma Pi Fraternity promotes fellowship, scholarship, chivalry, and character by organizing social, academic, and philanthropy events for its members and the communities in which its chapters are located. Currently, Sigma Pi consists of 136 active collegiate groups, dozens of alumni clubs, and over 88,000 initiates.

Moto Cycle Corporation, established in 2005, has license contracts with NASCAR teams and collegiate fraternities. It plans to announce over 20 new university license contracts during the first quarter of 2008.

Steve Pedersen, Vice President of Moto Cycle Corporation, and a member of Sigma Pi Fraternity himself, noted, "It has been a pleasure to be a member of the team involved in the development of the Sigma Pi helmet. Not only is the helmet durable and safe, but it is also very eye-catching."

Mark Briscoe, Executive Director of Sigma Pi Fraternity, International, added, "We are excited about seeing the bike and helmet and are looking forward to seeing our undergraduate and alumni response to them. We are also very proud that one of our alums spearheaded this project."
