As the consulting firm continues to achieve aggressive growth numbers, Chief Operating Officer Stan Carpenter and Principal Consultants Rob Humphrey and Suzanne Rumsey bring 50 years of experience in operations and human capital management consulting.

Knowledge Infusion, the recognized consulting authority on human resource and talent management technology solutions that drive human capital management business value, today announced key additions to its operations and consulting organizations that will help the company continue to grow its leadership position in strategic HCM consulting. Stan Carpenter joins Knowledge Infusion as Chief Operating Officer, Rob Humphrey joins as Principal Consultant focused on talent management and recruiting, and Suzanne Rumsey joins as Principal Consultant focused on integrated talent management.

As Chief Operating Officer, Carpenter will lead the organization in the optimization of day-to-day operations and alignment of resources to further deliver the Knowledge Infusion business-focused value proposition. Carpenter comes to Knowledge Infusion with more than 15 years of senior management experience, most recently as business executive on Sara Lee's SAP deployment. Previously, Carpenter was Sara Lee's Senior Director for Eastern Zone Sales and Senior Director of Sales Strategy at Sara Lee Coffee & Tea. He also held sales and marketing leadership roles at Kellogg's and Pepsi-Cola.

As Principal Consultant, Humphrey will draw on deep domain experience in talent acquisition, global recruiting strategies, recruiting technology and social media marketing to help clients make strategic use of talent acquisition and management technology. Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion, Humphrey held consulting and strategy roles at Taleo and Jobster. As an entrepreneur, Humphrey started both a venture-backed online recruiting firm and a recruitment and talent management consulting firm.

As Principal Consultant, Rumsey brings deep expertise in performance management and organizational development. Suzanne comes most recently from Health Net where she architected, operationalized, and managed Health Net's leadership and organization development strategy. In addition she held key roles including Director of Workforce Planning and Director of Organization Effectiveness where she was responsible for developing and implementing Health Net's workforce metrics strategy and led efforts to incorporate talent and workforce elements into the business planning process.
