Boonex stated that this had been a goal since its founding in the winter of 2004, and citing their "Unite People" initiative, invited all who were interested in joining that they would now able to do so. With the launch of this program, a Boonex spokesperson said that they were ready to offer a quality program to help generate interest and further development. They held that having a popular brand is not enough, and since affiliate membership is gaining in popularity, quality need to be at the top to engender a level of trust that would promote further development of products and inter-business linkage.

The announcement comes after what Boonex declared as "an intensive desire to finally present a first-class affiliate program that they had long planned to bring to fruition" and allowed that it was "very satisfying to finally bring it to the public."
