Lisa Nash, Director of Professional Services
Joining Resolve as the Director of Professional Services, Lisa is responsible for all services delivered to real estate organizations during the implementation and ongoing use of Resolve's solutions.Lisa joins Resolve with over twenty years of experience in the software industry, serving in a variety of roles including software engineer, technical support, training, and project management.Lisa has worked with a wide range of clients, including many large financial services companies.Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Psychology from UMASS/Boston.

Carl Katz, Director of Project Management Operations
Carl Katz is joining Resolve Technology to oversee project management practices and service delivery methodology for all of Resolve's solution offerings.Carl brings over 15 years of experience delivering transformational solutions to large multinational corporations.Most recently, Carl was an IT leader and a knowledge management architect at Dunkin' Brands, where he created and delivered the corporation's system development lifecycle methodology as well as a robust IT Training program. A well-published author and a sought-after speaker on the topics of technical documentation and communication, Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Technical Writing from the University of Delaware and a Masters degree in Technical and Professional Writing from Northeastern University, where he was the recipient of the Marion B. Barchilon Award for Excellence in Technical Communication.

Jeff Blasbalg, Director of Product Management, Request
Jeff Blasbalg has been appointed Director of Product Management for Request.Jeff is responsible for managing the overall direction of the Request product. With over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jeff has been heavily involved in the creation and evolution of the Request product and has served as a project manager and business analyst on numerous client implementations. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Finance and Real Estate.

Joel Blain, Director of Product Management, Portfolio Maximizer
Joel Blain has been appointed Director of Product Management for Portfolio Maximizer, responsible for the overall direction of the product. Joel has over 9 years of experience in web and windows-based software engineering and management, and has played an instrumental role in the development of Portfolio Maximizer since its inception. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colby College in Waterville, ME.
