InStore Broadcasting Network (IBN) and Cuesol announced today a partnership to integrate and coordinate in-store audio-video channels with interactive solutions including on-cart devices to deliver synchronized, informative content to shoppers. The first installation of the combined solution will take place in a sample of stores at The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company.
The partnership between Cuesol and IBN encompasses the integration of Cuesol's range of interactive retail shopping solutions with IBN's PerfectMediaTM platform. Under the agreement, IBN will provide media sales and content services to the combined platform that empowers an interactive one-to-one dialogue with consumers through a number of touch points.
Stop & Shop, working with Cuesol, pioneered the development of the 'Shopping Buddy', an interactive, on-cart device that allows shoppers to scan their own purchases, as well as providing a number of value-added shopper services. Cuesol will launch its next generation on-cart solution in concert with the wider in-store communications platform in Stop & Shop in 2007.
