Mandarin Oriental Announces Three New Management Contracts
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group announced three new management contracts for luxury hotels to be developed in Paris, Taipei and Guangzhou all planned to open in 2010.
Hong Kong (PRWEB) February 9, 2007 -- Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group today announced three new management contracts for luxury hotels to be developed in Paris, Taipei and Guangzhou. All three hotels are planned to open in 2010.

Mandarin Oriental, Paris, owned and being developed by Société Foncière Lyonnaise (‘SFL”), will be amongst the largest in the city with 150 luxurious guestrooms and suites as well as a spa and dining options. The hotel is located within the redevelopment of a 1930s art deco building and will enjoy a preeminent address at 247-251 rue Saint Honore, in the historic and fashionable centre of the city.
The 300-room Mandarin Oriental, Taipei will be located in the heart of the city’s central financial and business district. Featuring generously appointed guestrooms, among the largest in Taipei, the hotel will enjoying spectacular views of the city, as well as an expansive 20,000 sq. ft. spa, four exceptional restaurants and two bars including authentic Cantonese and Italian cuisine served in stylish surroundings.
Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou will be part of the prestigious TaiKoo Hui mixed-use complex, currently under construction in the Tianhe Central Business District. The overall project is being developed by Swire Properties. This elegant, contemporary hotel will feature 340 spacious guestrooms and suites, 70 serviced apartments, six dining and cocktail venues, and a spa providing a comprehensive range of wellness, beauty and massage programs.
The Group is the award-winning owner and operator of 20 luxury hotels with a further 14 under development. In total, Mandarin Oriental now operates, or has under development, more than 9,000 rooms in 20 countries, with 15 hotels in Asia, 12 in The Americas and seven in Europe and North Africa.
