US Online Poker Players Playing? 36% Decrease in Volume Reported

The recent effects of Neteller shutting down to US poker players is being reported as having a major effect on player volume at US accepted poker sites. Compatiblepoker posted the latest news regarding US online poker.

(PRWEB) February 10, 2007 -- The number of online poker players in the US has been on a steady decline since the closing of Neteller to US players, reported Compatiblepoker at their US online poker news page www.Compatiblepoker.com/usa.php

The player volumes at Poker Stars com, a US accepted site, saw a 36% decrease so far. The numbers compared the first week of January when Neteller was still operating and the first week of February when Neteller was closed to US poker players.

According to Cardplayer who did a recent article on US accepted eWallets, many poker sites are launching new deposit options on a daily basis.

Many online poker players in the US stated they will continue to play online poker as long as sites continue to stay open to them.

Other US accepted poker sites like Full Tilt Poker were reported to have launched more deposit providers in lapse of Neteller.

The emotions of poker players seems to be mixed says Compatiblepoker. Some poker players find it too much of a hassle to play the game they use to enjoy so much. Many of the die hard online poker players say they will continue to play as long as they can.

News about the US poker conditions have been monitored at Compatiblepoker since the release of the new Gambling law.

New updates are made on an hourly basis in the News Section of www.compatiblepoker.com/usa.php along with charts of all the previous changes. All poker related companies are being categorized into US accepted and Non US accepted lists.
