The potential is a lot bigger in Romania now that our country has been accepted in the European Union
Bangkok, Thailand (PRWEB) February 15, 2007
February 10th 2007 GSBC held its first inaugural Joint Venture shareholders meeting at the Landmark Bangkok Hotel in Thailand. The event was to finalize the agreements and vend in the assets witch GSBC has acquired. Shortly after 10 o'clock, the founder, Ronald Flynn, opened the meeting by explaining the final steps needed in order to float GSBC as a public company. Ronald Flynn said "our current Board of Directors was chosen by the Joint Venture's executive partners of the Rainbow Corporation. Tomorrow, it will be necessary that GSBC appoint a Board of Directors as we will be a public company before the 22nd of February. There have been many stages in achieving this goal, and I must say there have been some enormous obstacles for us to overcome. Today I am happy to announce that our company will officially vend in the assets acquired."
Ronald Flynn than exclaimed - "please turn down the lights. I would like to introduce you to our market specialist who is standing by via video conference." Mr. Gilbert replied - "thank you for your patience and understanding." Gilbert went on to say that "GSBC will be listed on or before Wednesday the 22nd of February. It is very important that we vend in the assets of the following corporations: The first is m-cast (http://www.m-cast.com ), witch we acquired for $10 million USD, second is Wallflower Global acquired for $20 million USD (http://www.wallflowerglobal.com ). The third Company is IDST for $12.25 million USD (http://www.shirthot.com ), the forth Digital Signage FX Group, for $5 million USD), Citic Smart Cash Management Technology for $4.68 million USD, Digital Streams for $2.4 million USD and Public Leisure for $3.75 million USD." As shareholders you should know that this listing has incredible growth based on the revenue model of GSBC and the new acquisitions. Ronald Flynn then said "using and applying the current contracts and our current target markets we estimate that GSBC will have revenue over the next five years of $43.2 billion USD. Our revenue model coupled with our global acquisitions will help us dominate as we own the hardware and now the software and as I've stated before we want to corner the digital signage business. GSBC will continue to acquire real estate for the Smart Screens technology." Jerry Dubin then advised the members of the meeting: "Our technology is a proven winner. FMCN has an eighty dollar stock with a 4 billion USD market cap. In my opinion GSBC's NASDAQ.BB public offering will have a price that is much lower than it is worth, and investors will view our stock looking at a strong revenue model and huge upside potential. The synergy of the companies we've acquired, all will work in conjunction with the Smart Screen Technology". Ronald Flynn then thanked Mr. Gilbert and Jerry Dubin for their input and asked Darrel Way to connect a video conference to the CEO Gregory Brown. After the introduction, the CEO of GSBC stated, "I would like to thank everyone involved with GSBC for your continuous support and want to make it clear that our initial target market will start in Asia. We are convinced that NET.TV which is listed on the German DAX, under the symbol WGJ.F and in America under the symbol NNNV.PK, will most definitely corner the market in Europe. We will have over the next 36 months a large market share around the world and will continue our quest to become the largest digital signage company on the planet." Gregory Brown also welcomed the new companies to GSBC and exclaimed his support to quickly incorporate these new acquisitions into our business plan and the forecasted revenues for 2007 and 2008. Ronald Flynn thanked Mr. Brown and the shareholders of GSBC and said - "Houston, we have lift-off!" The audience began to clap and yell with lots of energy and excitement. Ronald Flynn then asked Darrell Way to connect Digital Signage FX Group from Canada via VOIP. Ron Jacklin and Ron Way gave a thirty minute presentation that ended with the entire meeting room thanking them for a great presentation. At lunch time, there was a press conference that involved many Thai journalists and many television and media companies who intertwined the top brass with GSBC.
After the lunch break, several speeches and presentations were made. Those speeches and presentations were done by Peter Smith from M-cast and Mary Keane-Dawson from Digital Streams via video conference, then Darrell Way from Public Leisure and IDST, additionally Tony Scot from Wallflower Global, Chris Knox from Pattaya Today Newspaper. As a surprise to the GSBC shareholders, Ronald Flynn announced a new franchise in Romania. This franchise was headed up by its founder, Misha Pigulea. Ronald Flynn than invited the English speaking Romanian from Bucharest to talk to the shareholders of GSBC. Misha Pigulea, CEO of SC Expresion Media SRL (http://www.expresion.ro), said that "Romania has an enormous potential to absorb and use GSBC's Smart Screens technology. Our initial target is to install and put into operation 12.500 screens by the end of 2007". Misha than looked at the board of directors and exclaimed: "The potential is a lot bigger in Romania now that our country has been accepted in the European Union". Ronald Flynn, in his final address, thanked Paragon for its support in bringing capital to GSBC and being an integral part in negotiating the acquisitions made by Global Satellite Broadcasting Corporation. He went on to say that he would like to thank Thailand and His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Rama IX, for making Thailand a great place to live and being such a great humanitarian for the world. Ronald went on to say "GSBC is being recognised as the owner of the Smart Screen patented technology, and now will be recognised as having the rights to the hardware and software that is revolutionizing the way advertising will be done in the future." In closing, Ronald said, "I can't think of a more beautiful place on the planet to have our Gala Dinner Party and Show but right here, in Thailand. I look forward to seeing you tonight at 8 o'clock as the entire show will be televised and on the radio. For those of you who would like to see our event but could not make it, remember to go to our website - http://www.gsbc.tv - and click on Jam TV to watch the entire show." Later that evening, GSBC kicked of the event with many Thai superstars such as Pamela Baudin, Thailand Superstar Show, dancers, and singers. The event lasted until midnight.
