AEV Ready to Ship JK Parts and Brute Kits; Jeep Aftermarket Supplier to Show All-New Products at Moab Easter Jeep Safari

Jeep aftermarket supplier American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) announces a whole new line-up of award-winning parts and accessories for the new model Jeep Wrangler (JK). The parts are available for purchase direct from AEV's newly configured website (www.aev-conversions.com). Also available are the much-anticipated Brute kit for converting TJ Wranglers to an AEV-style pickup, plus all-new AEV wheels, and more.

Missoula, MT (PRWEB) March 22, 2007 -- The beat goes on for Jeep aftermarket firm AEV (American Expedition Vehicles). By mid-March of 2007 the growing Missoula-based firm is set to begin shipping a full line of new Jeep parts and accessories, including several products for the latest Wrangler model (JK).

Also available is a complete Brute Kit, which will allow owners of the TJ Wrangler (1997-2006) to convert their vehicle to an AEV Brute pickup. AEV's upgraded website (aev-conversions.com) provides details on all of the new product, as well as a brand new e-commerce feature for easy online ordering.

All parts will ship from AEV's new 20,000 sq/ft warehouse and vehicle conversion facility in Detroit. A 6,000 sq/ft Missoula facility will continue to house AEV's design center, prototype and development operations, as well as consumer services.

Virtually all the new AEV product will be on display once again at this year's Moab Easter Jeep Safari, March 31 to April 8, 2007. A fleet of nearly 12 AEV vehicles will be on display as well as on the trail at Moab.

Innovative design and OE-standard quality have proven to be a winning combination for AEV, which has already won four DaimlerChrysler Design Excellence Awards in its 10-year history.

From its beginnings, AEV has developed a close working relationship with Jeep design and engineering. The result is the most fully-integrated, functional line of off-road Jeep parts and accessories available anywhere -- all designed to OE specifications and engineering standards.

This is a state-of-the-art, world-class manufacturing process. AEV's stamped, all-steel components are the only 3D-drawn parts in the Jeep aftermarket.

New AEV parts for the JK Wrangler include Corner Guards (2DR and 4DR versions), Front Bumper, Skidplate, and Towloops, a Winch Mount and Heat Reduction Hood. A full line of new wheels will begin shipping in April.

Current product for TJ Wranglers include a Heat Reduction Hood, and the Highline Body Kit (winner of the latest DCX Design Excellence Award), which allows for much larger tires with minimal lift.

Brute Kits for TJ Wranglers include frame extensions, cab closeout, all-steel box and tailgate, fuel and brake-line extensions, wiring harnesses, and detailed instructions; the kit can be purchased complete (90% assembled) or in stages to fit a budget. Plans for JK Brute conversion are under consideration.

All AEV parts are designed for easy installation and come with detailed instructions. Customers can also have their AEV parts installed at the new Detroit vehicle conversion facility.

In addition to parts, AEV also offers complete upfit services for JK Wranglers built to owner requirements; owners of TJ Wranglers can have their vehicle converted to a Brute pickup with a range of options.

AEV has also upfitted more than 200 Jeep vehicles with Chrysler's classic 5.7L HEMI engine.
