As millions of people rush to pay their taxes before the quickly approaching deadline, the nation's largest tax resolution law firm knew it was time to expand. On Monday, March 12, 2007 Roni Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation expanded its team of attorneys to include Nicola Wood and Sean Chi.

Nicola Wood joins the firm after eight years working at the California Attorney General's office in both San Jose and Sacramento. While in the Sacramento office, he served as deputy attorney general representing correction officials and the Governor's office in prison litigation matters. He completed his undergraduate studies at San Jose State University and his law degree at Lincoln Law School in San Jose.

Attorney Sean Chi left his previous position working for a sole practitioner to join the firm because of the "remarkably strong team environment and positive attitude at the office. Everyone seemed enthusiastic and ready to go, it seemed like a very positive environment and I was eager to be a part of that," notes Sean. After completing his undergraduate studies at UC Irvine in 2001, Sean attended Trinity International School of Law and graduated in 2005.
