Roni Deutch Helps Clients Settle IRS Back Taxes Through Manageable Monthly Payments

Last month, tax attorney Roni Deutch and her law firm resolved the back tax liability for clients owing in aggregate over $2.5 million to the IRS through negotiating Installment Agreements. Installment Agreements allow taxpayers to pay back their IRS tax debts through manageable monthly payments. Roni Deutch suggests Installment Agreements for taxpayers owing the IRS taxes for the first time after this tax season.

North Highlands, CA (PRWEB) May 12, 2007 -- In April 2007, tax lawyer Roni Deutch helped clients owing the IRS in aggregate over $2.5 million resolve their tax debts through monthly payments called Installment Agreements, which Roni recommends for any one finding themselves in tax debt for the first time this year.

"With tax season having just ended many Americans are finding themselves owing more to the IRS than they could possibly afford," claims Ms. Deutch. "Negotiating an Installment Agreement is an excellent option for people finding themselves with IRS tax debt for the first time. Instead of being forced to pay the IRS the total balance due in a single, lump sum payment, an Installment Agreement allows you to pay your total IRS tax debt over time through affordable monthly payments."

All of my firm's Installment Agreement clients have the intention to fully pay the amount they owe to the IRS. However, they may not have the financial means to do so in a single payment. This inability to fully pay their IRS tax debt is in constant conflict with the IRS's desire to collect as much as they can, as fast as they can
In April 2007, Ms. Deutch and her law firm, Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation represented Installment Agreement clients who owed in aggregate over $2.5 million to the IRS. On average, each client owed approximately $31,000.00 to the IRS. By negotiating with the IRS, Roni Deutch and her firm were able to get these clients on an installment plan of $434 per month on average and as low as $35 per month.

"I'm proud of the manageable payment plans my law firm negotiated for our clients," Roni Deutch stated. "Having high monthly payments can put taxpayers right back into debt, but having a reasonable payment can help them get back on track."

Depending on each client's financial situation and the amount of time the IRS has left to collect the debt, an Installment Agreement may pay back all or part of the total back taxes owed. Once the IRS has accepted the Installment Agreement, the IRS will immediately suspend all collection efforts, including notices, wage garnishments, bank levies, and asset seizures. The IRS will continue to suspend collection efforts while the taxpayer remains current with payments. However, interest and penalties will accrue on the tax debt through the life of the Installment Agreement until the total balance due is paid in full.

"All of my firm's Installment Agreement clients have the intention to fully pay the amount they owe to the IRS. However, they may not have the financial means to do so in a single payment. This inability to fully pay their IRS tax debt is in constant conflict with the IRS's desire to collect as much as they can, as fast as they can," states Roni Deutch. "Nevertheless, our office has had success representing individual and business taxpayers and negotiating with the IRS to establish affordable and manageable monthly payments. Our representation can provide taxpayers the relief they deserve and ensure that the IRS doesn't cause additional financial hardship."

Installment agreements are only one of the various services that Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation offers. The firm has experienced tax lawyers specializing in tax debt relief through a variety of tax relief services including: offer in compromise, currently not collectible status, wage garnishment release, bank levy release, revenue officer assistance, payroll tax representation, tax account review, and full pay service.
