NegrilJamaicaVillas.com Announces the Sale of Four New Properties at Beach House Villas

NegrilJamaicaVillas.com, a leading online source for Jamaican beach rental properties, is announcing the sale of three vacation condominiums and one business property at Beach House Villas.

Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) May 24, 2007 -- NegrilJamaicaVillas.com, an online source for rental and purchase properties in Negril, Jamaica, has sold four of its new condominiums at Beach House Villas. This is representing a trend in purchasing vacation properties rather than simply leasing them yearly or simply staying in hotels.

People aren't only buying Jamaican condos at Beach House Villas, either. There is a continuingly increasing trend of purchasing island properties to open up a business, retire in, or live in during half the year. NegrilJamaicaVillas.com, an American company based in Utah, recently sold a bar and restaurant, for example. The Negril property sold for $349,999, which an American individual or couple making just under $65,000 a year could afford.

The other properties recently sold include a one bedroom one bath garden view condominium for $199,999 and an ocean view one bedroom one bath for $399,999. An oceanfront condominium with two bedrooms and two bathrooms also sold for $499,999. An American with an income of $22,480 can qualify for the garden view one bedroom, and someone with an income of $40,236 can qualify for the oceanfront two-bedroom. All of the condominiums also include living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens.

These sales reflect a trend in vacation condominium purchases, as well as a continuing move of Americans to the islands. Opening up a business can be very profitable in Negril, where the properties are fairly inexpensive and tourists spend a lot of dollars. Many people also choose to retire in Jamaica, or live there part of the year. Americans who make less then $50,000 per year could not afford properties so close to the beach on American shores.

NegrilJamaicaVillas.com provides island condos, studios, villas and apartments for tourists and regular visitors to the islands. Their Beach House Villas are located in Negril, Jamaica, which is a seven-mile long stretch of beach peppered with resorts and cottages. The main attractions include beautiful sunsets, clear turquoise waters, and activities such as cliff-diving, snorkeling and scuba-diving. The water is protected by reefs, and there is a gentle drop-off along the cliffs.
