Mr. Layman has 25 years of software development and technology management experience, including supporting multinational clients in North America and working with offshore suppliers in India and Mexico for the last five years.
Prior to joining Hundsun, Mr. Layman built and sold his own software development business as well as a vertical market software company. He also held senior positions at three venture funded startups -- in eCommerce, Business Intelligence Software and internet marketing. Mr Layman was formerly an Executive Director at The College Board where he was responsible for financial aid software and services. He began his consulting career at Arthur Young & Company where he spent five years at this Fortune 50 financial services company.
Hundsun believes that the addition of Mr. Layman to its team will increase the effectiveness of its offshore software development operations through his years of experience in software development and technology management. Mr. Layman holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA with a focus on strategic marketing, both from Columbia University. He also holds certifications in Project Management, IT Security and Information Systems Auditing.
