Autobahn Power Mini Cooper Chosen in Las Vegas

A high performance supercharged BMW Mini Cooper S built by Autobahn Power of Kansas was chosen one of best by MC2 magazine at AMVIV in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Las Vegas, Nevada (PRWEB) June 13, 2007 -- A 2006 Mini Cooper S specially prepared by Autobahn Power of Wichita, Kansas, was chosen as one of the best of 500 Mini Coopers gathered in Las Vegas for 'A Mini Vacation in Vegas', or AMVIV. The cars were chosen by MC2, a national magazine devoted to the BMW Mini Cooper.

Driven to the event from Kansas the special Mini was designed to have excellent ride quality with long distance traveling comfort combined with power, handling and brakes to enjoy a vigorous mountain drive or a day at your favorite race track. From Recaro seats with harness, reinforced sub frame, Bilstein adjustable valving and ride height suspension, big brakes, spacious interior rear seat delete, headers, intercooler, supercharger and other power upgrades plus custom body panel painting and design changes. The car is styled in traditional European clean smooth lines uncluttered with trendy graphics or heavy large diameter wheels.

The Mini is so much fun this is one of the best days of my life!
The car's owner, Marcus Gow of Canton, Ks., called Autobahn Power from Spring Mountain Race Track. "The Mini is so much fun this is one of the best days of my life!" said the adrenalin-charged Mini owner.

While many think of the BMW Mini Cooper as an economy car, the supercharged S version is developing a large following with the sports car enthusiast. This modified Mini is featured in the June issue of MC2 magazine and will be individually featured in an upcoming issue.

This follows last September's issue of Hemmings Sports & Exotic Car's; Alfa Duetto Buyers Guide, featuring six pages on a 1969 Alfa Romeo restored by Autobahn Power.

The www.autobahnpower.com e-commerce web site sells high quality tested accessories and performance aftermarket equipment for most cars and trucks.
