In her new position, Rodriguez will focus on improving TBD's customer experience by driving several new business initiatives. These initiatives include a customer satisfaction program, internal process improvement, quality certification programs, as well as her previous assignment of managing the project editorial process. In addition to Rodriguez's duties, she will also function as a member of the leadership team, which focuses on the strategic growth of the company.
