Riejunio, a fashion line based in Atlanta, Georgia, announces the launch of its premium denim and knitwear apparel and the G. Ivey Collection on July 11, 2007, at Verve Restaurant and Lounge in Atlanta, Georgia.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) July 4, 2007 -- Riejunio, a new fashion house in Atlanta, Georgia, announces the premiere of its premium denim and knitwear apparel and the G. Ivey Collection on July 11, 2007, at Verve Restaurant and Lounge, 511 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight.
Riejunio is an upscale denim and knitwear line, borne from the vision of Harie Robinson. Harie, an all-American, Blue Chip receiver, attended Georgia Tech on a full football scholarship. He graduated from Piedmont College with a degree in Business Management and first introduced Riejunio and the G. Ivey Collection during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. The company unveils its full line on July 11, 2007, at Verve Restaurant and Lounge in Atlanta, Georgia, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight. As part of this premiere, Riejunio is proud to announce the launch of the G. Ivey Collection, an assortment of hand-painted tees by artist Gerald Ivey. Riejunio boasts unique designs with intricate, detailed stitching and top quality fabrics. All of Riejunio's products are manufactured in the United States, with the goal of creating manufacturing jobs for Americans. This apparel line supports a multicultural movement for lovers of fashion who seek to separate themselves from the masses.
Keeping in line with the design theme of the Renaissance of Art and Fashion, the launch will feature a live performance by Michael Warren of The Michael Warren Band, a fashion show, and a silent auction featuring original artwork by Gerald Ivey, which benefits Youth Enhancement Services, a local charity focusing on at-risk youth. Gerald has donated his work to many deserving causes, including the Alpha Phi Alpha Scholarship Fund for incoming college freshmen, V-103 personality Frank Ski's Kids' Foundation, Spelman College's Girls' Scholarship Fund, and the Atlanta Youth Academy Benefit Art Auction. An artist who is never satisfied with his creativity, Gerald continues to surpass his skill as a master of his trade and incorporates various levels of texture, intense color, and mixed media to his canvases.
Joining President/Designer Harie Robinson at the launch are hosts Chauncey Davis and Ovie Mughelli of the Atlanta Falcons and Ms. Mary of 2 Live Stews, a nationally syndicated sports talk radio show. Chauncey Davis was one of the most sought-after junior college players in the nation in 2002. A 6'1", 258 pound linebacker, Chauncey runs a 4.77 40, displaying his incredible agility for a man his size. Ovie Mughelli was selected as the 134th overall pick (4th round) of the 2003 NFL Draft. He is the second fullback and the first Wake Forest player selected in Baltimore's history. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Ms. Mary is the only female on one of the country's hottest syndicated sports talk radio shows. Ms. Mary has a well-rounded business background and uses this to infect her radio work with entertaining and approachable sentiment.
The Riejunio launch promises to be a fun, exciting, and entertaining event while, at the same time, benefiting an extremely worthwhile cause. Visit the company at www.riejunio.com.
