Apocket Bleu Takes the Stage in the Battle of the Bands at 10 West Night Club

(PRWEB) July 13, 2007 -- The opportunity for a record contract and a chance at stardom are at stake when South Jersey band favorite, Apocket Bleu takes the stage at the 10 West Night Club in Galloway New Jersey on Friday night, July 13th.
Sandy Eldred and Paul Lopresti, the leaders of Apocket Bleu are hoping Friday the 13th is their lucky day. Apocket Bleu is fresh from their July 4 gig at Moody Joody's in Barnegat New Jersey where they played to a standing room only crowd and scores of loyal fans. Championship Records has been running their battle of the bands each month and have been instrumental in helping unsigned bands get exposure and recognition in the South Jersey area. Prizes for the July 13th battle of the bands will include cash, recording studio time provided by an area recording studio, and the opportunity to receive a recording contract compliments of Championship Records. Joining Eldred and Lopresti on stage are band mates Ryan Schugar on guitar and Kevin Kern on drums. Apocket Bleu band members are also talented musicians and producers, as well. Working out of Super Duperz recording studio in Ventnor New Jersey they have engineered and mastered many records for other area artists, in addition to their own. John Mulhern and Andy Lalasis are the owners of Super Duperz. Apocket Bleu is a band whose time has come and seems destined for big things.
