PR Agency Helps Nonprofits Get Noticed

"We realize that most non-profits do not have room in their budgets for full time public relations directors, so we are offering to forward non-profit organizations press releases and story ideas to the media free of charge," said Carl Dameron.

Newport Beach, Calif. (PRWEB) July 29, 2007 -- Non-profit organizations spend so much time trying to serve people in need, they sometimes forget to tell the public what they do. Realizing this, Dameron Communications, a full service public relations and advertising agency, (www.Dameroncommunications.com) is volunteering its public relations services to non-profit organizations in the Inland Empire and Orange County. The company has offices in San Bernardino and Newport Beach.

"We realize that most non-profits do not have room in their budgets for full time public relations directors, so we are offering to forward non-profit organizations press releases and story ideas to the media free of charge," said Carl Dameron, agency director.

"Our IE media list has 136 contacts and our Orange County list has 105 contacts. We are more than happy to forward press releases and other information to the media for non-profit organizations. We have worked with non-profit organizations to help them expand their coverage since 1989."

Dameron Communications has clients from the political, land development, healthcare, education and business world such as the Art Institute of California - Inland Empire and LaSalle Medical Associates. Some of its non-profit clients include Miracles in Recovery, a community organization that helps pregnant mothers with substances abuse problems deliver their babies safely, and the Salvation Army.

Dameron said non-profit organizations interested in using the agency services should send their information four weeks before their event or their desired release time.
