About The FlowRider®
The FlowRider® is a wave machine specifically designed to simulate the perfect never-ending surfing wave. Its submersible pumps generate a thin sheet of water flowing at a speed of 20+ miles per hour over a stationary wave form. The resulting "wave-like" shape permits riders to slide down, carve a turn, and ride up the simulated wave surface. The FlowRider® offers the thrill of surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding in the size of a backyard pool. The sport of Flowboarding was established 16 years ago, and there are currently 40 FlowRiders in the United States and 84 throughout the world. Experience the power of the flow at http://www.flowrider.com.
About WAVE LOCH'S Bruticus Maximus®
Affectionately known as the 'B-Max', this beast uses 800 horsepower to create a perfect 10' barreling wave. Water is propelled to a speed of 30 miles per hour, upon which flowboarders accomplish maneuvers unimaginable on an ocean wave. See http://www.waveloch.com for information.
