Chesapeake Homes - NC Division has named Dustin Worley Assistant Construction Manager for the Cedarwood Collection at 12 Oaks, the newest master-planned community from Wakefield Development Company in Holly Springs.
Prior to joining Chesapeake Homes - NC Division, Worley worked in Shipping Dock Personnel with AAA Cooper Transportation.
"Dustin will assist homebuyers in understanding the building process and ensure that each home is built to meet and exceed our clients' expectations," said Paul Luck, North Carolina Division Manager for Chesapeake Homes.
Wakefield Development Company's new 687-acre 12 Oaks community is located off the new Highway 55 bypass in Holly Springs. The Traditional, Colonial and Craftsman style homes nestled among wooded homesites in the Cedarwood Collection are priced from the $290s to the $360s. The homes offer distinct low-maintenance exteriors with impressive curb appeal, nine-foot ceilings on both the first and second floors, uniquely designed floorplans with 2,100 to 3,000 square feet of living space, optional basements and modern upgrades throughout.
A classic southern community, 12 Oaks features a Nicklaus Design Group 18-hole golf course and will offer a sports club including fitness, tennis and an aquatic center scheduled to open in late 2008. Double tree-lined sidewalks, parks, playgrounds and abundant landscaping add to the streetscape of southern architecture. A gracious antebellum-style clubhouse, scheduled for a 2009 opening, will feature a golf pro shop, men's and women's locker rooms, casual and formal dining and a ballroom.
