Asheville, North Carolina (PRWEB) January 7, 2008 -- Jackie Pelletier was a success as the keynote speaker for the Nov. 5 HUG (HTE Users' Group, Inc.) Conference held in Williamsburg, Virginia. Pelletier chose "Haulin' Ice and Pullin' Chickens" as the title of her address.

Pelletier's presentation was about getting people to understand their motivations for working where they work and to understand the importance of caring for their work and work environments. The presentation centered on how individuals make differences with every step they take.

Pelletier connects all the persons at the presentation by taking the one thing that all of them have in common - schooling. Everyone can connect and learn from their experiences gained from their schooling.

A software users group for the PAR Springer-Miller Hospitality Systems, HTE is software used at resorts, hotels, spas and casinos. The conference had 500 attendees this year. The conference chose Pelletier as the keynote speaker in May of 2007.
