Workforce Insight, a leading strategic workforce management consulting firm, hires two workforce management consultants. Christa Dowty, a specialist in the health care and retail sectors, and Jani Eager, who has 15-years experience implementing a wide array of scheduling and timekeeping software, have been appointed as Workforce Management Consultants with Workforce Insight, Inc. In these roles, they will develop and implement customized labor solutions for large organizations.

Dowty spent more than 10 years at a leading software company implementing workforce management technology initiatives at national retail and hospital chains. She has also worked at a leading hotel chain as well as in the snow skiing industry.

"I attribute my strong customer service and project management skills to my diverse background," said Dowty. "Implementing a strategic workforce management solution and putting on a snowboarding event are similar in many ways. With both you have to be able to see the big picture, but it's the minute details that are critical to success."

Prior to joining Workforce Insight, Inc., Eager managed scheduling and timekeeping for a national emergency medical service company with more than 25,000 employees. She has also served as a member of a Kronos Customer Advisory Board to help develop software based on customer needs.

"Because I've worked with this technology for so long, I am very familiar with the challenges that can arise and how to best meet our client's needs," said Eager. "My true love is teaching and it is my mission to ensure everyone is educated to use their new software as efficiently and effectively as possible."

Dowty and Eager are currently coordinating the education and training of managers for a large timekeeping software implementation.

"Christa and Jani's vast experience allows them to bridge the gap between technology and customer-focused solutions that yield optimal results," said Phil Moorehead, Director of Project Management Office. "We are extremely excited to have both of them on our team."

Workforce Insight, Inc. is a leading provider of strategic workforce management consulting and implementation services, committed to helping Fortune 1000 companies leverage technology to enhance and preserve their most valuable asset -- their people. Workforce Insight has been recognized in the human resource marketplace as the difference between a standard that relies on technology alone and optimal results that are only achieved through the hands-on stewardship, insight and expertise of HR technology visionaries and consultants.
