HFO Announces Sales of Apartments in Vancouver, Beaverton, Tigard, and NE Portland Totaling Over $76 Million

Investment real estate firm Hagerman Frick O'Brien reports sales of Oregon & Washington apartment buildings totaling $76 million. Apartments changing hands include the 334-Unit Meadow Wood and the 284-unit Prairie View Apartments in Vancouver, Washington and the 158-unit Scholls Terrace apartments in Beaverton, the 80-unit Wellington Estates Apartments in Tigard, and the 18-unit Normandy Apartments in NE Portland, Oregon.

Portland, OR (PRWEB) January 5, 2008 -- Hagerman Frick O'Brien (HFO), a real estate investment firm located in Portland, Ore., recently arranged the sale of the 334-Unit Meadow Wood and the 284-unit Prairie View Apartments in Vancouver, Washington; the 158-unit Scholls Terrace apartments in Beaverton, the 80-unit Wellington Estates Apartments in Tigard, and the 18-unit Normandy Apartments in NE Portland, Oregon.

The Meadow Wood Apartments, a 334-unit apartment complex in Vancouver, has sold for $26.6 million or $79,640 per unit. The buyer is Meadow Wood Associates of Washington State and the seller is Orchards Retirement, LLC of Vancouver, Washington. HFO Investment Real Estate represented both parties.

Prairie View, a 284-unit apartment complex in Vancouver has sold for $26.7 million or $94,014 per unit. The buyer is Vancouver Prairie View, LLC of Vancouver and the seller is Prairie View Associates of Seattle, Washington. HFO Investment Real Estate represented both parties.
Scholls Terrace, a 158-unit apartment complex in Beaverton, Oregon, sold to 12000 SW Pioneer Lane, LLC of Portland for $14.5 million or $91,772 per unit. Seller was Scholls Terrace LLC. HFO investment Real Estate represented the parties.

Wellington Estates Apartments, an 80-unit apartment complex in Tigard sold to Pacific Northwest Apartments LLC of California for $7.175 million or $89,687 per unit. Seller was Wellington Apartments LLC of Portland. HFO represented both parties.

The Normandy Apartments, an 18-unit apartment complex in NE Portland sold to the Long Khac Nguyen Trust of Portland for $1.035 million or $57,500 per unit. Sellers were D & D Gerber of Portland. HFO represented the parties.
