B4 Consulting, delivering comprehensive Business Performance Management, implementation and support services for SAP solutions, today announced the appointment of Delbert Ross III as vice president of sales for B4 Consulting's SAP® Business Suite and SAP Business One projects. Formerly with SAP America Inc., Ross was northeast channel manager for SAP Business One, for which B4 Consulting is an authorized reseller in North America.

Ross will lead B4 Consulting's sales teams and related customer-facing activities for SAP solutions including SAP Business One, SAP All-in-One, and the SAP Business Suite. With much of his career focused on channel sales management and partner-enabling initiatives, Ross has proven record of accomplishment of creating revenue-generating sales programs for industry-leading software companies. At SAP America, he worked with SAP channel partners and resellers in defining revenue goals and developing and executing business plans. Prior to SAP, he was director of channel sales at Everest Software where he managed all North American channel programs including VAR recruitment, marketing, education, and pre- and post-sales support.
At Sage Software, he developed the Solution Providers program, a reseller channel network throughout the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. Early in his career, Ross worked in investment and banking and was associate vice president of investments at Prudential Securities as well as a financial advisor with Paine Webber. He earned his BA in Business Administration from Dowling College, and holds Securities and Exchange and Health and Life registrations in the State of New York. Ross will work out of B4 Consulting's office in New York City.
