Aurora-based Bradley Wiltjer Marketing Group (BWMG) has been awarded the 2007 Silver Magellan award from the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) for its campaign "Towers Perrin-ISR Launches New Survey Tool for Safety Market" with its Chicago-based client, Towers Perrin-ISR.
The public relations campaign was designed to introduce Towers Perrin-ISR's new safety benchmarks to companies that place a premium on safe working environments.
BWMG's work earned a score of 93 out of 97 possible points in this competition and ranked third out of 32 peer companies for the competition class. BWMG was cited for crafting a thoughtfully-planned communications campaign that clearly served the interests of the target audience. Competition judges also commented that the campaign results demonstrate the success of the work in connecting with the right people and delivering a highly applicable and persuasive message.

This is the second award BWMG has received for its work with Towers Perrin-ISR. In the fall of 2006, BWMG earned a Silver Trumpet Award from the Publicity Club of Chicago for its work on behalf of the survey specialist.
Towers Perrin-ISR is an international employee research and consulting firm that has surveyed more than 35 million employees from more than 3,000 companies in 106 countries. In the fall of 2007, Towers Perrin-ISR launched four new survey products for the safety market, including two completely unique safety culture benchmarks.
Coverage reached many industry-specific publications, including Industrial Hygiene News, Workplace HR & Safety, Two Workplace HR & Safety audio conferences, Manufacturing & Technology, EC&M, and Material Handling Management, along with two Workplace HR & Safety audio conferences.
The campaign was launched October of 2007, and while the work still continues, the award recognized the efforts of the program's first two months since the entry deadline fell in the middle of the campaign's efforts. The program has already generated results equivalent to more than 10 times the amount invested.
