Midwest ENERGY Association (MEA) announces that CERCplus, a comprehensive employee record keeping program, is now available. Utilities and other industrial companies typically spend thousands of dollars each year training and qualifying personnel to properly perform maintenance and services on critical equipment. The challenge is to adequately train, track, document and validate your training to ensure each individual is qualified to perform the task at hand.
MEA's new program is a powerful yet easy to use tool which maintains personnel qualifications to help ensure safe task performance. CERCplus provides records storage for operator qualification and general employee record keeping. Field evaluators can update their database directly from the evaluation form.
CERCplus stores compliance and regular training records. It can also be used to store administration and competency management records,
- Ability to maintain records in ASME/B31Q or MEA formats.
- Define prerequisites for qualifications
- Instantly know which employee(s) has the qualifications to perform a job
- Assign evaluators, instructors and proctors to appropriate requirements and much more.
