Hotel Pure Adds its First Beach Property
Hotel Pure's third addition to its list is the Hotel Tropicana in Tamarindo, Guanacaste.
San Jose, Costa Rica (PRWEB) January 8, 2008 -- Overseas Hotel Management of Costa Rica was in talks with the owners of the Hotel Tropicana in order to include the property with the Hotel Pure brand.
After a couple of weeks of conversation and a visit out to the Hotel Tropicana, Overseas Hotel Management's CEO, Mr. Melvin Pereira, recently signed Hotel Pure's third property. The Hotel Tropicana has become the first beach property to come under the Hotel Pure brand in Costa Rica.
The incorporation of Hotel Tropicana, as well as future beach and mountain hotels, will greatly benefit not only the Hotel Pure brand, but the traveler as well. Hotel Pure properties throughout Costa Rica will allow for a wide variety of destinations within the country.
Overseas Hotel Management plans to offer special prices for customers who book Hotel Pure properties during their visit to the country. This future option will allow for even better savings for those visiting Costa Rica. Special bundles will be available which will include low air fares and several low budget accommodation options in the city, beaches and mountains.
"When we started with the online agency ( 128Trip) and later added the Hotel Pure concept, I knew it was going to be a success; I just didn't expect for it to be this fast! The speed at which these hotels are coming on board only reflects the need these hotels have for exposure. These hotels are very well kept, clean and safe, they just don't have that international exposure to guarantee them full bookings year round," said Mr. Melvin Pereira, Overseas Hotel Management's CEO.
Overseas Hotel Management of Costa Rica expects for the Hotel Pure brand to be well known and recognized by travelers by the year 2008. Several properties are also being approached in China as well as Canada and the Bahamas by Oriens Travel & Hotel Management.
