Ontario Systems' Artiva Product Surpasses 10,000 Seats

Ontario Systems' Artiva collection application recently surpassed the 10,000 seat mark in just under four years since the product launch, making it the fastest growing product in the company's history.

Muncie, IN (PRWEB) January 9, 2008 -- Ontario Systems' Artiva collection application recently surpassed the 10,000 seat mark in just under four years since the product launch, making it the fastest growing product in the company's history. Ontario Systems' legacy product, the FACS system, took 10 years to reach 10,000 seats.

"We have been pleased with the market's overwhelming response to this product," said Wil Davis, Ontario Systems' chairman and president. "We strive to create technology that simplifies the incredibly complex and competitive process of collections by providing the ability to strategically manage accounts. We are grateful for the trust our clients place in our products and are proud of our ability to help our clients retain their market-leading positions."

Known for its ability to intuitively guide account representatives through the complete collection process, the Artiva system provides all of the necessary account information in one place and automates much of the process. "The Artiva Agency system allows our account representatives to become highly productive from the first day they are on the floor. The workflow applies our management expertise so they only have to focus on their talk-off," said Larry Smith, Nearshore Receivables Management's president and CEO.

As security requirements increase throughout the industry, the Artiva product protects consumer information and helps clients remain compliant with applicable regulations and judicial rulings. "The Artiva Agency product provides bullet-proof protection for consumer information. We achieved ISO 20071 certification with protocols and security procedures built around the Artiva Agency product," said Joe Costello, Astra Business Services' executive vice president. Ontario Systems has achieved a SAS 70 Type 2 certification, with no exceptions, providing additional assurance and security to clients.

The Artiva product recognizes that every business is unique and that in a competitive market, requirements often change. A collection application that can easily adjust to changing business rules and market conditions will increase organizational efficiency and profitability. "The Artiva Debt Buyer product streamlines our collection processes and procedures better than any collection platform we've ever been on. The system makes it simple to customize to our specific, and ever changing, needs and desires," said Kevin Howard, Phoenix Credit's IT Manager.

Ontario Systems expects continued, significant growth in 2008.
