Simply Home Magazine Celebrates First Anniversary
Home Business magazine for women is about to unveil its anniversary issue.
Elizabethtown, PA (PRWEB) January 9, 2008 -- Simply Home magazine is having a birthday. The magazine, which provides home-business solutions to women, will publish its first anniversary issue in March 2008.
"Simply Home is simply better than ever," says Jackie Mori, Simply Home's editor. "Everyone is working very hard to create a publication that meets the needs of women who want to work from home."
Simply Home is mailed directly to homes across the country, reaching women who have expressed interest in a home-based business. And with 80% of home businesses run by women, it certainly has a thriving target market.
"Simply Home's editorial content is very compelling, and advertising has taken off this year," says Susan Miller, one of Simply Home's Print Media Consultants. "Everyone who sees the magazine has been impressed, and our advertisers are seeing a very positive response."
The year has been marked with highlights for the Simply Home staff, including winning Direct Selling Women's Alliance Visionary Award, an award that recognizes new products and services and their contribution to the Direct Selling industry.
"Winning the DSWA award was definitely a highlight," says Mori. "Of course we love being recognized by the Direct Selling industry, because so many women are a part of that. It means our magazine is getting in front of the right people."
Within the next year, the staff has big goals for the magazine: to increase the page count, further refine and target their mailing list, and continue to pack every inch of Simply Home with home business resources and opportunities for women.
"We've come so far in just one year," explains Mori. "We've really enjoyed working with all of our direct sales clients -- some of the best in the industry. We're ready to take on year two."
