Lotus Artworks announces the launch of LotusArtworks.com, catering to artists of all disciplines. Created by an artist for fellow artists, LotusArtworks.com is an inclusive community that respects all forms of expression, and accepts all media, styles, and experience levels. By registering with LotusArtworks.com, artists receive their own section of the virtual gallery to populate with samples and their artist's bio, serving as an ideal place to send potential clients. LotusArtworks.com provides event-based marketing to expose artists to buyers all over the world, in addition to handling all details of sales, shipping and handling. In using this approach, LotusArtworks.com allows artists to focus on their work, while LotusArtworks.com focuses on providing networking and promotional opportunities, and conducting all business transactions.

LotusArtworks.com was founded by Karin Gopinath, a photographer and sculptor who studied under Viola Frey and Dennis Leon at the California College of Arts and Crafts in Northern California. Karin identified the need for an inclusive community for artists of all disciplines, whether it is photography, sculpting, or painting, that provides opportunities for artists outside the gallery system. Thus, the goal of LotusArtworks.com is to foster all forms of expression and encourage artists to build and sustain relationships in the increasingly competitive art scene.

"LotusArtworks.com is different from other online art galleries in that we help artists jump start their career," says founder Karin Gopinath. "Lotus Artworks is a community for all artists, not just the most respected or renowned. In sponsoring events at top Los Angeles art galleries, we provide networking opportunities for artists and collectors."
