Impact Achievement Group Introduces eStudy Groups™ Distributed Learning for Developing Performance-Driven Leadership
Flexible, distributed leadership training for employee performance management
Seattle (PRWEB) January 8, 2008 -- Impact Achievement Group, Inc. announced the availability of eStudyGroups, a series of blended, distributed training sessions that focus on the key competencies of performance management.
The eStudyGroups integrate the company’s Performance Advantage SimSeries™ program of self-paced tutorials and simulations. With eStudyGroup, following their completion of each self-study SimSeries topic, up to five participants engage in a conference call with a certified facilitator to discuss key learning points, expand on the application in their role, and take part in Q&A opportunities.
