Flexible, distributed leadership training for employee performance management

The eStudyGroups integrate the company’s Performance Advantage SimSeries™ program of self-paced tutorials and simulations. With eStudyGroup, following their completion of each self-study SimSeries topic, up to five participants engage in a conference call with a certified facilitator to discuss key learning points, expand on the application in their role, and take part in Q&A opportunities.
